Gmail Feature Request: Workflows/rules for labels

I usually access my Gmail account via IMAP, because it allows me aggregate my Gmail and work email, which sometimes intermingle. In that environment, I don't have access to full Gmail UI functionality.

I would like to be able to setup an IMAP-accessible label to which I could assign some processing workflow to be activated when a label is added.

A couple of examples:
- When I add the "!GmPhishing" label, Gmail would automatically perform the "Report phishing" action.
- When I add the "!GmArchive" label, Gmail would perform the "Archive" and "Remove !GmArchive label" actions.

Kind of like filters, but for labels.

Gmail Feature Request: What to count for labels

I would like to be able to configure some labels to display unread count, some to show starred count, and others to show number of messages in the UI. Additionally, in some cases, it may be useful to display the number of messages starred and/or unread.
